Days 62 and 63


Saturday:


S and D came round for weekly works inspection , coffee and chat.
James came down and we went with him to look at a prospective new car in Whetstone Audi. It is an Audi S4 Avant, silver, 6 months old. Lovely car, he wants to buy it, but the looser salesman Jim, couldn't have been less interested! What was it about a cash deal that he didn't understand? It didn't look like they were selling any cars at all, you'd have thought he would have bitten James' hand off! I'm sure by next weekend it will be his!




Sunday:


Looks sunny! First time in a week that you can see the blue sky! Garden tidying , pottering etc. I was on laundry duties, the last before the knock through makes it all a lot trickier, P tidied away all the pots etc but a good job that we hadn't got round to putting away the garden furniture...

Sooo lovely and warm - quite unbelievable for November.

 Bill Wyman at Aylesbury tonight with I and J, so long as the man is still alive!
