Another murky misty day.
More plaster boarding, but look what I spotted...
We are surprised that it has not yet been painted or had the locks fitted - 2 prerequisites to getting it installed, but it does exist!
It seems that we have some slippage - not sure why, other than they have been rather slow in getting the plasterboard up.
Bifold doors now next week along with windows and other doors. Knock through day now later in the week, but utility room has been cleared and is ready for business.
The bathroom has a different type of plasterboard round where the shower is to go - apparently it is waterproof...
...and the lobby brightens up with the white walls...
Slow week, but moving in the right direction. I guess that because they can't tile for at least another 4 weeks, they know that they can work at a slower rate?
Nice to have the driveway back for the weekend!
Off to have dinner with G, along with C and S, and to admire her knocked through kitchen and family room. Def a thought in our minds for when this is all done!
